Rip Van Winkle from the Hellsing manga series. The colours for her suit, shirt, eyes, and tie are in refrence to her character design from the upcoming Hellsing Ultimate OVA series being released next month in Japan. I'm so excited to see it. :3 If your interested, there are screenshots and the trailer floating around on the internet, just google it.

I hope i did Rip justice, she's my favorite Millennium character from the manga. I think i might actually like this picture.

Finally for once. >_< I spent quite a bit of time on it. **Please full-view** Note - The Swastikas are in the picture because she is a Nazi in the series.
